Yuba-Sutter Anti-LGBT Politicians Confronted Pt. 1

On a rainy day in Marysville, CA, community organizer Jeff Girard confronts State Sen. Doug LaMalfa and Sutter County Supervisor James Gallagher about their anti-LGBT activities in Yuba-Sutter while they try to collect signatures to repeal SB 48, the FAIR Education Act which amended the Education Code to include social sciences instruction on the contributions of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people.

Jeff calls out Sen. Doug LaMalfa and Sutter County Supervisor for their absurd rationalizations of their homophobia and urges them to get to know the LGBT community in a substantial way.
