I saw this guy at the Rockefeller Center skating rink one night coming home from work. He had to be filmed, and he had to have a theme song. He is exactly what we need in these dire times.

We actually SKATED with floness!! We were so intrigued by him that we just googled him & couldn't believe this video was online!  Skating w/ him was amazing & the talk of the whole skating rink that night!! FLONESS ROCKS!

His nickname is Bladie, not flowness. You can see him every Saturday or Sunday (they move it for certain conditions) in Central Park's weekly skate dance at the 72nd Street skate circle. He also rides one hell of a bicycle. Google Central Park Dance Skaters ... they have lots of pics on their website. Bladie is a living and breathing NYC institution.

Me and my family traveled to NY some weeks ago from Europe.

We didn't already know the city, but really, Flo Ness was the most fascinating thing in Manhattan. We returned every nigth to rockefeller center, and there he was, again and again.
