Overspeed eccentric bench press training with light loads (33% 1RM) and heavy color-coated Jump Stretch bands. Set 1: 135x4 with 4-inch blacks + 1.125-inch purples. Set 2: 135x3 with 4-inch blacks + 1.75-inch greens. Set 3: 135x3 with 4-inch blacks + 2.5-inch blues.
