To settle the Tewi thing, her name in Japanese: てゐ. Pronounced "Teh Wee" It sounds funny. XD Like "Terry" but with "w"s
The second hiragana is obsolete nowadays, might explain the confusion.
Random observation: for the times such as 3:18 and 6:15, there were plenty of other potato-mans you coulda stinkied up to have a new foothold while waiting on the bunny to reset. The bad spawning is the game's fault, but obviously not ALL the troubles can be blamed on it. ;P

On a side note, every time you froze the white FOE before the golden spikes part you always jumped up on the corner of the block before jumping on the FOE.
