Why the heck do they need that huge setup just to shoot a bulletproof vest? In Colombia, this one company that makes casual wear bulletproof clothing that is even worn by President Obama doesn't bother with that sort of stuff. They're so confident of the quality of the vest, that they'll shoot you(while wearing the vest of course) at point blank range in their office, and then give you a nice t-shirt to prove it.
