@666photo You stop the sign when you get a glance. Stopping it suddenly also brings attention... Plus, half the time, you're in front of the place that it is pointing to. You just point the arrow to the building or wave and point yourself while you spin it on the other hand.

if its constantly spinning around, how the hell are you supposed to read it?!!
