Buckeye The Pug - Professional Video shot by Mark Lind of www.1kdogs.com (November 2008)

In loving memory of our beloved Buckeye, 2/8/01 - 3/23/09. Buckeye passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on our couch from an extremely rare (in dogs) heart condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (an enlarged heart - we didn't know he had it, and even if we had known, there wouldn't have been much we could have done about it). Though pugs typically live 12-16 years, we feel extraordinarily lucky to have been able to spend 8 years with our beloved Buckeye. This video captures his personality really well - thank you to Mark Lind of www.1kdogs.com for shooting it back in November 2008. We love Buckeye with all our hearts and miss him very very much.

So sorry for the loss of your beloved pet. I have had my pug now, for about as long as you had Buckeye. Until you have a pug you cannot understand how connected they are to their people..they are so lovable. Have peace knowing you gave him love.

It must have been hard, i think i would have a heart attack if one of mine were gone. Very cute pug, has alot of personality
