don't get yer knickers all up in a knot, if yer lookin' fer someone to blame then ye will have to draw up a long, long litany, i would opine that the SF WMD is making the best decision at this point in time, until a major catastrophe happens we will not see the radical improvements needed to restore this ecosystem...

Since I know the area and have not been there much lately, this video illustrates how low the lake is. For me it is interesting. I did go by Taylor Creek not too long ago. I was amazed how known of the docks were in water.
