  • I noticed one of our Chinese women participants was jumping mostly on her toes and I suggested that she jump on the flats of her feet. When she did, she immediately went into an intense trauma she had suffered in childhood and we were able to guide her through it, resulting in a powerful healing. If you check out our website you will see that we combine many dimensions and techniques to help people get free of their past conditioning. Sincerely yours, Prema

  • Huh? Was this to be instructive? I can watch my kids jump on a trampoline with more enjoyment.

  • Hello Icswbill, First of all, thank you for the honesty of your response to our Chakra Breathing video. Formerly we did only the Chakra breathing Meditation, but we heard that combining it with jumping on the mini tramp would effectively detoxify the lymphatic system. We tried it and have had some dramatic healings with participants, both physical and psychological. For an example, please read the next comment posted.
