I love this track from their 1980 album 'Gracias Por La Música'




(WIKIPEDIA) It was originally released due to the unexpected break of popularity for the group in Latin American countries such as Mexico and Argentina after the release of the Spanish language versions of "Chiquitita" and "I Have a Dream". The band therefore decided to record another eight tracks in Spanish and release a full-length album especially for the South American market. The couple Buddy and Mary McCluskey, both working at RCA Records in Argentina at the time, were again called in to translate the lyrics. During the recording sessions which took place in January of 1980 in the Polar Music studios the lead vocalists Agnetha Fältskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad were helped with the pronunciation by Swedish/Argentinian journalist Ana Martinez.
The backing tracks, some of which dating back to 1974 and 1975, were also given a slight remix by sound engineer Michael B. Tretow, most noticeably bringing the snare- and bassdrums to the front, in order to give the album a coherent and more current sound.

I really liked their Chiquitita Spanish version. Spanish is great when it's sung, and hearing ABBA in other languages is a real treat. They always sound incredible.

SOS sounds cool in Swedish, and I really like the French version of Waterloo. They girls did a great job with pronunciation as far as I can tell with my English-loving American ears. : )
