Owned this beast like 7 years now and she still treats me great! Works fine, as metal is hard to hurt without some other metal to hit it against. Had to tune it 3 times now, and paid well for it, but my favorite thing goes everywhere i do, and fancy case or no she collects some dings. Secondly i love playing the hang hard! The only cost to the instrument is periodic tunings and i get such diverse sounds out of it. I've made plenty of videos of lightly tapping and scales but no one watches those!

I can't believe all the people who are trying to defend this guy's "creativity".

I'm not arguing the music he makes is bad. Hell, I agree some of his moves are original. But they are at expense of the health of an instrument that was hand-crafted with love, an instrument thousands of people are waiting in line to get, some of them for years.

Playing a Hang like this is horribly disrespectful: would you root for someone who is beating a kitten, because it makes amazing sounds?
