Guess what! I found the Smart and Delicious wraps!! finally, I have it in just all wheat I think, and the cal/fat/fiber is amazing!!! I couldn't believe it. They are only 1 point per tortilla! And they really are delicious! So I have everything to make this dish! I can't wait!!! Wish me luck!!!

@rockybarragan yes everything is fine. i was asking about plateauing near the end of your 'journey' and other things i can't even remember now but it was a long mail. I'm not on vacation yet but soon....June 15th.

Oh boy, I've been waiting for a new cooking video. Glad it's the egg roll. I love them and hate that I can't eat them since they're fired. I'll try it this weekend. I'm gonna put both shrimp and mushrooms. Yumm. You rock, Rocky.

@missblg i know! i've had to stay away from them too since they're fried! boo! lol yeah, i'm glad they came out as good as they did cuz now when i have a craving i know what i need to do! <3
