I hadn't played BF3 multiplayer in weeks, so decided to play a quick game. First game I join, I kill 3 people in a row as they're coming around a building, and I suddenly get kicked from the server.
Turns out, the server admin was kicking people from the other team, if they were too good. Guaranteed they would win every game.
I hope DICE addresses this type of abuse.

This is why leader boards mean absolutely nothing anymore. The true #1 in a game is usually not even in the top 100. In some cases even worse.
