What is really disgusting is that everyone else is made to feel responsible while the political or Kings and Queens of that land cop out of their responsibility, and i think that we are now in the twenty first century and people are still being made to feel responsible for other people's problems, shouldn't you be looking in your own backyard Billy? I have been to Hargeisa like 4 times now and every time I go there, it has improved by a little but it's still in need of a lot of help and RECOGNITION....still a lot of disabled people crawling around cos they can't afford wheelchairs or because wheelchairs are hard to find..it's peaceful, but it's still a really poor country that the world doesn't not want to recognise as it's own country..
