Actually XYY is possible and produces a nearly normal male. As for Klinefelter's syndrome (XXY) are males not females and are typically tall, thin, and sterile and may be mentally retarded. Two X chromosomes are insufficient for female development in the presence of a Y.

when the 23 gene pair mutates giving xxy combination - this condition is called Kilnefelter's syndrome ( Females having some male characteristics)
xyy combination is not possible
Excellent thank you for making genetics fun, and accessible to all.
