Disney Pinocchio Part 2 English HD

This film involves an old wood-carver named Geppetto who carves a wooden puppet named Pinocchio being brought to life by a blue fairy, who tells him he can become a real boy if he proves himself "brave, truthful, and unselfish". Thus begin the puppet's adventures to become a real boy, which involve many encounters with a host of unsavory characters.

Apparently the design and look of the Blue Fairy is based on the voice actress' actual look. There is a picture of the actress on Wikipedia and wow, she was a stunning woman. They got her look almost perfectly for the Blue Fairy.
