I've heard Garland sing this song "live" numerous times, and this version is the most gut-wrenching thing I've ever heard. JG was one of the best singers to have ever graced a stage. Garland knew how to internalize a lyric, enabling her to find and convey every subtle nuance of emotion. She new when to reel in the lyric and the melody, which made ths song seem personal, and at the same time, she could take that melody and make it soar. All the while her eyes spoke volumes. Simply amazing.

my goodness!! Everything about this performance is epic. even the camera being so focused on her face makes this timeless. She somehow makes you experience every emotion right with her.

anyone knew what year this was? Did she have Liza yet? She looks like a very young Lady here! Oh and one more think she RIPS my heart out as she ends this song and walks away.She knew what she was doing for as many times they said she was nuts she was in perfect mind in her mind.And it was wondereful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
