Cecilio Tincho describes a time when his mother was severely sick and he was unable to get any medical assistance or treatment for several days, due to the lack of mobility and transport from his community to the nearest health centre. He also talks about how his sister died during childbirth because there was no means of transporting her to a clinic or brining properly trained medical staff to the community.

Cecilio Tincho describe un instante cuando su mama estaba muy enferma y el no podía acceder a asistencia medica ni al tratamiento durante varios días por falta de movilidad y transporte de su comunidad al centro de salud mas cercano. También explica que su hermana murió durante el parto de su bebe porque no había ningún modo de transporte para llevarla a una clínica ni llevar médicos con educación apropiada a la comunidad.
