What difficulty do you have this on? Cause I wanted to get the Foxhound Emblem, I just got my Fox emblem, so I had to put it on Big Boss Hard. It did it before, but I wasn't going for the emblem.... So, in the harder difficulty, there's more soldiers, and I can't even get past them, without shooting. I'm sure in time, I'll find a way, but right now, I'm lost, and don't know why they can find me now, but not before.
So, yeah, help.
