Kathleen Flinn - "Kitchen Counter Cooking School"
Food writer and cookbook author Kathleen Flinn was in the Xhibition Kitchen in support of her new book of personal anecdotes and recipes "Kitchen Counter Cooking School." The whole food techniques Kathleen taught to ordinary home cooks translated perfectly to the college lifestyle and she showed the students in attendance how to prepare delicious roasted vegetables. Delicious fish cooked en papillote and herb-scented no-knead artisan bread, both recipes from her book, were also prepared.
