I don't understand a scale obsession. I weigh myself everyday, it isn't the scales fault if I ate to much.
The number is irrelevant, but I will still weigh myself everyday and write down the weight and the time I weighed myself.
Hope you get in that size 5.

Like I always say, each of us has to do whatever works for us. If giving up the scales for a month is what you need for YOU, then do it! You are doing great!

That was a really old post... I quit weighing and went completely off track.
I am working at getting back on track now.

I have an obsessive personality in general... what ever I'm doing... I'm over-doing.
So, it isn't just the scale, that is just one object of my desire ;)

I gave up the scale for a few years. I was an over weigher. I would weigh multiple times a day. I didn't need this obsession. Once I stopped, I didn't miss it. I just recently decided to start using it again because some weird things are happening and also, I need a little push. I am not back to obsessing yet. This will be a true challenge for you in the next month. You CAN DO IT! :-)

It's such a security blanket... I'm afraid I won't pay attention without it, but I realize I'm obsessed. I have to find a balance.
