HHHHHAAAAAAA!!!!!!! Look at the girl to the left in the last scene!!!! Remember those sweaters!!!!! Yuck-o!!!!! They were everywhere back then! Does anyone know where I can find a clip of the commercial for these same bars with the slogan "baby ruth and butter finger, fresh, guaranteed"!!!! I can hear the music in my head

around 1980 i recall there was a "baby ruth" commercial featuring the actor who played dietrich on "barney miller." he'd stand at a counter & deadpan, "that's the paradox of inflation, you pay more & get less," then add "on the other hand, baby ruth remains an excellent choice. you get more chewy, fudgy, nutty candy," etc. then at the end he'd flip a quarter to the guy behind the counter, who then said "thanks."

@minkaminka2 There ya go again, with the insults. And regarding my parents generation, they were the greatest generation of the 20th century, both lived through the Great Depression and WW2. As for reading books on the 80s, that makes you more informed than those of us who lived throught time, right? And I don't have to show shit to a insulting know it all attention needing little girl.
