Go to terminal and type "winecfg" after you install Wine.

hi, i downloaded wine 0.9.39 and i cannot find the file "winecfg" its supposed to be able to create a new application profile. Ive found a couple files with that name, but when i try to open them, it asks me what file to open it with, im just wondering, even if i DO find this file, what program do i need to actually run "winecfg"
