@Nautilus987 Egos are just as counterproductive as emotions as they stop the idea flow i.e. Rory's task of pushing his idiotic idea through...Bottom line is be self aware, but also be aware of others. People are unique and complex. Any truly intelligent person knows one demographic does not make a whole person.
