The panels were made in autocad 2010 along with some software developed 3rd party for autocad .dxf that replaces parametric data. In this case, it created random numbers for the hole offset. The panels were then taken into 3DS Max, as spline shapes. Each panel was a seperate object. They were then extruded to a thickness I thought resonable.

spline. The loft "type" should be patch not mesh for this method to work. Then, I selected the sheet of panels and applied a patch deform modifier to them all at the same time. This should wrap the panel across the patch. Depending on whether or not you want the panels to be respectively flat to themselves, or if you want them to be smooth, you may need to apply a subdivide modifier to them before you apply the patch deform.
