  • hi, kan betanya, every lapisan kek berapa minit and pakai api apa? last lapisan kita pakai aluminium foil kah? pls reply

  • @shawty1st : dear sis..lapisan pertama ( bawah sekali) u pakai kepanasan dari atas+bawah around 200 deg. takes about 10 minutes or may be less... lapisan akan nampak jadi kecoklat-coklatan (atau u cucuk tengah2 kek dgn pencucuk-gigi, jika ada kek yang melekat, tambah lagi minute memasaknya)...

    selepas atu lapisan kedua dan seterusnya, pakaitah kepanasan dari ATAS sahaja juga dlm 8-10 mins (rajin2 menjeling2 kedalam oven lah, takut2 cepat masak nya dan mungkin hangus), 200 deg jua.

  • @shawty1st : dear sis..... inda payah tah x.... if u takut hangus.... u kurangkan saja temperature nya jadi ke 150 or 180 lah....

    sbb pakai oven ani senang dikit.... unless you pakai kukusan bangkali u paksa tutup dengan aliminium foil atu sepanjang process memasak....

    nyaman plang.. mun berkukus..... tapi lama saja x ah menunggui... he he he...

  • @Hazel8186 : bah bah okay, oh rupanya mun bekukus ani lagi nyaman hehe tapi oven saja lah malas kukus ah check air lagi apa, mun oven at least ada bunyi melatik hehe tapi paksa jua dsubuk selalu tu sis ah hehe. bah mun me try ada me bgtau tu either ya menjadi kah inda ada me bgtau tu haha okay thanks sis

  • Itu nama product saja....boleh pake tepung lain...tepung gandum biasa tu boleh....

    yang selalu guna untuk goreng cekodok pun boleh....

    yang ada tulis PLAIN FLOUR kat kotak tu pun boleh...
