I live close to that place... It use to be a Funny Farm building, then they closed it and it bacame a fire fighting training building for the Lakewood Fire Dept. to practice drills, Now its a ghetto hangout for druggies, sex offenders, and hobos..

Sadly this place was torn down, now all that remains is a portion of the foundation and a few low walls.

LOL I remember the various news tribune artcles on OWS, even when the 'ghost-hunters' came there, said they didnt even really get anything, bullshit new tribune, rapists liked to hide IN THE REST OF THE PARK lol

if they knew rapists hid there it wouldn't be a very good hiding spot lol ^^. most places said it was a dangerous spot because a a few things that happened there. not saying that is wasn't dangerous just not as much as the media portrayed it to be. its quite peaceful at dusk.
