@marsh8472 It's him. I listen to his old podcast "Radio Free Burrito" and his new one "Memories of the Futurecast," so I can say with a fair bit of confidence that that Romulan is him.

You have to take into account that he has aged. His last episode of TNG was 15 years ago, Toy Soldiers was 18 years. He doesn't sound now exactly like he did then.

In the commentary of the movie on the DVD, J.J. (I think it was J.J., might've been one of the producers or something) specifically said that that was Wil Wheaton.
