If you have a house in purchased in say Tempe AZ and want to do a short sale, and your lender is Indymac or now OneWest, dont be surprised if it never approved.

I am so sorry for you. I have been asked to assist a borrower who is also being stalled on a loan modification. Because they use teams of 10 to handle one file may I suggest that you ask to escalate it to a team leader. The most important thing to do is give up! Keep calling back

  • We have a house in Michigan that we've been trying to sell via short sale. There has been a CASH OFFER on the table since June 2010 and Indy Mac gives us (realtor, short sale specialist, etc) DAILY! We have submitted and resumbitted THE SAME PAPERS to them on a monthly basis! We now have to be out of the house in less than a month! I don't understand how they will let a house go into FORECLOSURE and not take a cash offer. The offer is that of fair marker value! I AM BESIDE MYSELF.....

  • If ever there was proof of a "Full Circle of Evil", this would be it. Wake up America. Banks and Real Estate Brokers /Companies are NOT our friends. They have lobbied Congress hard for these sweet deals. And it is we, the taxpayer, who pays in the proverbial "END". Let's get the truth out NOW and put them out of business.

  • HI , DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS REFUND FROM INDYMAC IS IT A SCAM . THE SAY THE TRY TO SEND US A CK. , BUT COULD NOT FIND US. THE ARE REP. BY PETTINATO & ASSOC.
