Jack's sister is named Claire. It's not confirmed that she is dead (although I kind of agree with you that she seems pretty dead).
I really want Jin to be alive. I think the big reveal is whether he is some sort of living undead or actually alive (the second is what I'm hoping for ).

Good, glad you're thinking. I'll have another video up later tonight with a bunch of my favorite mysteries from the show, hopefully that one will have you thinking even more :)

I hadn't considered that Jin might still be alive. Now you've got me wondering.

Jin dead? Are you kidding? I thought about the possibility for a few minutes after the explosion, but he's obviously not dead.

Obviously not dead? I'm not sure I would go that far with my claim, but I appreciate the enthusiasm :)

People don't want him to be dead. Emotional return = Happy viewers.

Sure, but I would say more than people not wanting him dead, what they actually want is to see him around, specifically to see him around with Sun. And with Lost they are able to do that with dreams/visions, and could have a significant bit of that between those two in order to fulfill that emotional return for the viewers. Plus, don't put it beyond the writers to challenge the viewers; wouldn't be the first time they did that.

Great theories on Jin and Sun. I've thought the same thing about Jin this entire time too. Christian visited Michael and said "Your time is up." Jin was far too ambiguous. I think we'll see a grand reunion between Sun and Jin in season 6 with swelling music. (Maybe Jin got sucked up with the island like Farriday obviously did?)

Yeah, I think he did get sucked up into it. We know Faraday went along, plus think back to Desmond trying to sail away from the island and returning. Makes sense that anything near the island would end up that way.
I'm going to bank on us seeing him this season, if only in a couple of episodes. I don't think they'd completely cut out a major character, unless they turn into a dick like the actor who played Michael. (Thanks for watching, btw)
