Fell & Masonic Bike Light Timing

Recorded on February 15, 2010, the Fell & Masonic Bike Signal Head clearly shows cyclists have the right to enter the intersection until the pedestrian countdown runs down. Thanks to 2009's Senate Bill 734 (Lowenthal), cyclists now have the legal right to ride through the crosswalk, since this is a designated bike route on a Mixed-Use Path.
