I know we don't have permission, but why don't we board the ship? Also, just because you think N.Korea can destroy S.Korea and Japan... if Kim Jung did that it would be a grave mistake for him. The US would attack, and it would be backed by other Countries. However, I would hate to see any nuclear weapons.
