Meet George Weld, the owner/chef of Egg, a friendly, neighborhood restaurant in Brooklyn, New York focusing on farm-to-table southern cuisine. Up until two years ago, the restaurant worked closely with local farmers to provide fresh produce for their seasonal menus.
