Pacific Fighters B29 Intercept

shooting down a few b29's on pacific fighters, game usually runs at 80-100fps but it was down to 30-50 because of fraps.

do you have "realistic weapons" on ?! because I need like forever to get one of these down. and I'm mostly firering at close range from abover or a lower level

getting close right at their asses is a bad thing to do cause all the rear gunner has to do is hold his fire directly on you.

B29 doesn't get down so easy if you are in Zero. Not to mention they couldn't climb high enough to even intercept.

Lolz, this game is kinda hard in Singleplayer vs bots not on full realism....so yeah im w/ ya on the whole skip online play haha..its hard and fun vs bots haha of course they are noobs who didnt even get thier piloting liscence from cracker jack boxes but still haha they are fun to blow apart =P

Lol, my only real time spent online I got on the tail of 2 guys...1 I chased around for a few minutes getting some hits in on him and had him prety well hosed but then he crashed into my runway and my friggin buddy hosed me down ending me then I got on a 109 and was pingin him then i got popped w/ like 1 round and my elevators shot out at a downward angle and into the hillside I went haha .havent gone line much since then, mostly noobish bots that cant shoot or fly that ive been blasting haha.

Well simulations are not exactly games. Of course you "play" it and do it for fun but its not the same with arcade gaming. It is fun for "most" people because it is hard and takes some skill to actually accomplish something. It took me about 4 months to master the engine management and deflection shooting (still not great) but if you start off with easier settings and build your way up, it is not that hard. This is fun because it gets you close to what those airmen struggled with.

I know it's a simulator and it's not that easy but Jesus christ!! Why should you be pro who knows everything and has years of experience just to play a fucking game!?

If you install some mods you can fly all the planes. Search for all aircraft arcade.

Dude it is a simulation game. What do you expect? It is supposed to be realistic therefore hard. Flying is not easy. I play online too but before i started playing online i perfected my skills in single missions. Get a nice joypad and track ir, practice and then enjoy the greatest wwII simulation game.
