not true america once was made up of colonies and these colonies were made up of imigrants from different europian countries. The british just came and claimed the cononies for themselves. Black people were brought to america to be sold as slaves which was done by many countries not just England. The thing that England did do however, is unite the colonies and piss them off to the point that they deside to rebel. If the Brits didn't come to America, it would have been France instead.

it could also be just the overtones ringing so loudly because they were very much in tune. But yeah, Bb Trumpet E is also way above the trumpet spectrum. Im a Horn player, but I specialize in high brass. For trumpet once you get around a high C6 (Concert Bb 5) the sound starts getting really spread because it takes so much air to hit that note and the ones above it. It would start getting a really jazz high note timbre. But yeah I doubt it's a pic trumpet though. I recently performed this.

I'm quite certain its a concert D (Bb Trumpet's written E). As for the sound, I think it has much more to do with who's playing. I'm no expert though, I play low Brass (Bass Trombone and Tuba) I can get good tone color even above normal registers for those instruments. Like a middle C on Tuba or even higher.

I mean the last note seemed so pure and had no distortion on it. It sounded like a high F on a pic. A high F on a Bb starts to sound very distorted jazz like, at least from my knowledge.

I don't think that last high note was played ona Piccolo Trumpet, I suspect the 1st chair simply playing that on his Bb trumpet he was playing the whole time, very good brass players can get incredible range on their instruments, I can get about 4 octaves and a fifth of range outta my Bb Tuba, and about the same from my Bass Trombone as well (I'm by no means a really good player either)

Great Britain trumps all ur petty argueaments anyway.

Some American History for you; If it wern't for English rule there would be no white men (or black men for that matter) in the North American continent.

Maybe some Spanyards and Red Skins, possibly Russians, but not the country you are today.
