There's no point to recycling glass or paper; both of them are relatively harmless in landfill (sometimes less so because of chemical treatment, but that usually makes it non-recyclable anyway), we're not going to run out of the raw materials, and there's not enough of a gain in efficiency of making them from waste rather than from scratch to offset the processing.

Metal and plastic are a different story. Do recycle those.
