But without the magnificent edifice of sound that is The Unforgettable Fire, there would be no Joshua Tree, no Achtung Baby...

Huge U2 fan....still am.... This though is my favorite album.....something about it.... so transcendent..... so moody. I love moody U2. Hope they do another passengers album

I know im the only one but I loved U2 all the way up to Joshua Tree then thats it for me...

do you mean to say you're NOT the only one? Because a lot of people share your opinion. I personally don't think U2 is as good as they used to be, but i still like them.
