  • Man they were so fly and cool back in the day, i hate to say but these days we try to hard to be cool and say we got swag but back then they just had it and didnt need to floss like they were cool. and look at Don i never knew he danced on the soul train line. I been catching the replays of soul train. I wish we had something like this now. RIP Don.

  • I'm a white guy who was raised in a white suburb in the white 70s so I won't "front" about being down with black culture back in the day. All I know is that as a kid on Saturdays these dancers brought me joy.

  • What language is that?

  • Don was so cool, to some jerk who said he did nothing but dance, Don did so much for exposing American to an aspect of African American culture. Plus, Soul Train was an American show that millions of people of all races watched. Don, I am sorry you were so depressed. But, thank you for making my Saturdays so much better for so long. Rest in Peace Brother

  • Don Cornelius

I remember back in the day when I learned how to dance along with Soul Train.

I still see you hosting Soul Train when I dance.

    Love You Always.

  • As they say, death comes in threes. In the past month, we've seen Etta James, Don, and now Whitney Houston. Similar to the Michael Jackson-Farrah Fawcett-Ed McMahon in 2009. RIP to all and may eternal life with God prevail in the fullest of love.

  • Black people showing the World how it is done! LOL
