1分バージョン復活は日テレ開局60周年に期待。

This program is called Hato no kyojitsu (A Dove's Day Off), and it is used as the sign-on/sign-off sequence for Nittele.

The three doves in the video refers to Nittele, NHK, and Tokyo Broadcasting Services (TBS). They are the first three national broadcasting networks in Japan.

The video does remind me of NBC in the US, with its peacock.

Yeah, the bird spreading its wings does look briefly like the NBC logo used in the 1950s and '60s: "The following program is brought to you in living color, on NBC."
