Nice presentation - but, you can just BUY a 12V 5A power supply with multiple tips to fit most any standard input charger socket. Got mine, normally used for powering laptops, for ~$11 to power my Turnigy Accucell-6 -- works like a charm, doesn't even get warm. Get on Amazon - they have literally hundreds of PS's available, narrow down to your needs, do some comparative pricing....voila.
Yes but its for a DC battery charger for RC batteries. Some RC battery chargers do not come with AC power supplies so instead of paying $50+ for one you can convert a power supply as seen above for about $20
