  • Hi .... I bought the ball for 6'2"-6'9" people and my legs do not go out to let my knees be bent at 90 degree angle. Im only 6'0" though, maybe I havent pumped it up enough?

    Also, can you be more specific on the goals for these basic videos, i.e. what/where should I be feeling it. Thank you so much for the videos, hopefully i can stick with it
