This is the posture sequence outlined on page 188 in THE GURU IN YOU by Yogi Cameron Alborzian.
This sequence is intended for people to better balance the Air element in the body and mind.
Though the following sequence lasts approximately 7 minutes, it is recommended to stay in each posture as long as is necessary to enjoy the benefits. This may take upwards of 20 or 30 minutes as you grow into the postures over time.
