  • how much are these lofts going to go for

  • El Paso needs to do something, the downtown area has potential. For Texas San Antonio and Austin have the best downtowns. San Antonio has the most downtown residents in Texas and the most lively, over 400 dining places, scores of clubs and nearly 30k residents. Followed by Austin Houston and Dallas.

  • I agree. They'll be worth 1/2 of what you paid in 5 years, lol!

  • >>"...cant imagine living in that area, kinda bad, and too much violence"

the lofts are 1 block from the police dept., court houses, & fire dept.

    >>"theres nothing to do or nothing open on the weekends!"

The Plaza, museums, The Percolator, El Pisto, Union Plaza Bar District, La Catrina, The Dome Bar, Cafe Central, Oasis Lounge, The Tap, Lynx Exhibit, Soho Lounge, Rulis, The Grounds, Mills Plaza, etc...

people in this town need to see the potential el paso has!

  • Each loft has'nt sold, go their website?? They look great, I just cant imagine living in that area, kinda bad, and too much violence, and theres nothing to do or nothing open on the weekends! Plus there are no young couples in el paso, (target audience for a loft) with any money, they all move!

  • People in El Paso dont make that much.... I just hope there affordable..... you know what we need a wal mart in downtown....

  • Its good to see that theres people out there with good ideas. BUT this is El Paso and I dont think theres people out there willing to pay very much for lofts in an area thats pretty ghetto.

  • Thankfully El Paso has great people with a vision and a sense of urgency to develop something beautiful in our town. El paso, support your town.

  • what about the dirty ghetto kids???

  • I don't know
