@MrJarod1212 I've heard about him but have only seen him for the first time just the other day. I was wondering if he has schizophrenia or just why does he stand out there dancing, saluting, kissing, pointing, and etcetera. Do you know?

This dude is hilarous. I got a good laugh watching him today after coming home from a long day at work. He was at 29th and Topeka Blvd shaking his butt and humping the air. In fact, I laughed so hard I cried. Thanks for making my day Topeka lamp dancer.

I saw him downtown a couple weeks ago. I help out at farmer's market and he was on the corner across the street dancing. omg, I about died from laughter. He really gets into the dancing.
