WHY? Stupidest advice EVER. I tried this and couldn't get the last 6 inches over because it was at the valve.
The valve is the thickest part of the tube and, hence, the most difficult place to push the tire onto the wheel because there’s less space to work with. Start the tire onto the rim around at the valve, so the last place you need to force into place is directly opposite the valve.
What is that tire, like 10 years old. Try a new one!
Question...I changed the rear tire but the bolt broke on the brake lever as I was putting the cable back on. I hardly put any pressure so I'll need a new cable retention bolt. gotta be cheap. Question is, My back tire wiggles a little by hand. Is this only due to the rear brake cable being off at the moment? 95 Tomos Targa A35.
Thanks Zach! I need some help with my 1979 Vespa Grande. My plan is to put a 70cc Polini Kit with a Multivar Malossi variator and a Polini Sito exhaust, but I want to paint it while I'm waiting for all the parts. Do you have any info on taking the hubs out of the wheels?
Never "just shove the inner-tube in" this is a bad idea. you could get a fold and then you will develop a premature flat. nerds don't fix and thing that involves using wrench.
can anybody tell me where to get tubes for mopeds....as soon as i pump air into bike tubes they just pop...

"the way I like to start is OPPOSITE the valve"

I love how you skip the absolute hardest part, the last few inches. This video was worthless to me.

Thanks ! I have a Solo Odyssey. I followed this exact and had no problems. If you have loose bearings in the wheel make sure to get them ALL.
