  • the chocolate doesn't break because they work wit it when its pre-crystalized. meaning its not fully hardened, so its flexible.

  • Seeing this video is interesting, but with the artists mind that I have this could go much, much farther. Imagine a chocolate drawing or sketch of a kitty or puppy or I dunno something else you like.

  • @PrinBalerin I suppose any transportable surface would work. I don't think a countertop would work, it would have to be something you can get in a freezer. You should also make sure the surface is clean and really smooth so it will be easier to remove the chocolate from it. Hope this helps :)
