i know you asked this ages ago but my puppy used to do that and she would try and jump up in front of me and stop me running. so i gave her a ball to hold in her mouth. then i ignore her and keep running till she gives up :) well it works for me anyway. i do the same if i'm biking with her.

My puppy is seven months old and not only does she bite the leash, she gets really excited about me jogging and jumps at me. How do I keep her from trying to jump at me?
