That's a very small portion. If you exclude the sauerkraut, it's also low carb for those on Atkins diet.

Very nice. German food is delicious. I use boneless pork loin for my Kassler Rippchen. Cure and smoke it myself. Tastes pretty good with German potato salad and red cabbage. I'll have to try your recipe.
