This was a first attempt at a musical in years, and to be honest I think that sort of gumption deserves recognition. Whether or not it's up to par, our department is about creating a desire to perform as well as an appreciation for theater and not expecting perfection or broadway quality. That being said, thank you for your opinion.

Well, I am not going disagree with your assessment of quality, I would like to say that from an underdeveloped program it's a decent job. We're from a high school that does not have a focus in theater, let alone musical theater. Not a single person the class had musical training.
