I think it's because most people are uncomfortable around people who are different,so they try to convert you to their culture. That being said furry is constantly under attack by the media and such. When will people learn to live and let live and allow people to live their own life,instead of trying to convert someone to their culture?

I think there are many types of furries in the fandom some wear suits make them or both or just go to cons to do the meet and greet thing and have fun. also am sure some are there looking for sexual things too but if you think about I find it no different then any other place like bars party's cons some even have sex in suits who are not a furry at all just to make sex different and Why Does Sexual + Something Different = BAD? I my self find it very interesting how many of us think so differently hating on some thing or not the unseen fact is we are all different as can be I am a furry and some of my friends hate the whole idea of it, but does not mean we cant be friends all my friends straight gay furry or not black white all this kind of stuff seems like a joke to me a Big waste of time to be hating on some one else, but most of us are complete morons and will never learn to stop warring or hating ever!
